How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within two working days. Bug reports that come with a browser name, an operating system and a description of the file being processed get answered fastest, because they can be reproduced immediately.
Can you recover a file I lost?
No, and this is worth understanding clearly: your files are never sent to us, so there is nothing on our side to recover. A compressed image that was not saved is gone, and a document draft lives only in your own browser's local storage.
Do you take guest posts or link requests?
We do not publish guest posts and we do not sell links. Messages offering either are deleted unread, so please save yourself the effort.
Can I report a problem with an article?
Please do. If something on this site is factually wrong we would rather know. Include the page and the specific claim, and it will be corrected or removed.
